RealManage is pleased to offer four different ways to pay assessments.

ACH/Auto Debit (**Recommended**)- This is the easiest way to pay! Our ACH system automatically debits your account for the right amount when your assessment is due. Visit www.realmanage.com to sign up online or call 1-866-4RealService for assistance.

eCheck /Credit Card -You can make a one time payment using eCheck (electronically debited from your checking account), Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover*. Log in to www.realmanage.com, click on Resident Portal and choose "Make a payment" or call 1-866-4RealService to pay over the phone. *Additional fees may apply, depending on the type of payment selected. 

Check-You can write a check payable to your homeowners' association and mail it along with your payment coupon to the address listed above. Please write your homeowner account number on the check. 

Your Bank's Online Bill-Pay- If you pay your assessments through an online bill-pay service, please update the payee information of your HOA to include your new RealManage Customer ID. The payee address should be set up as shown below:
